We offer a couple traditional mow designs such as a checkered or diamond pattern  striping. All turf areas will be mowed weekly or bi-weekly during the mowing season. Height of cut will depend on species and local conditions. If it rains heavily or we experience extended dry periods, we may mow more or less than usual. All sidewalks, driveways, and curbs will be edged to maintain a neat appearance.

 We will maintain all flower beds, ornamental mulch beds and tree rings to make sure they are weed free. This may be done by hand or by using herbicides.

 This will be placing of mulch in areas where mulch is not present or is so deteriorated it needs to be replaced. Mulch layer shall not
exceed 3-4 inches in depth.

Areas that were mulched will get a new layer of mulch. Total depth of top dress mulch will be about two (2) inches.

Mulch beds, shrub beds, flower beds, and tree rings will have a sharp, well-defined edge made by hand or using a mechanical edger.

Leaf Removal: A.K.A. Fall leaf clean up. All leaves will be removed from the turf areas, and mulch bed areas twice during the fall season.

All leaves and miscellaneous debris will be collected and removed from the entire property as part of the spring clean-up.
